Horrible shame on RBC In the era of mobile and the times RBC removes it's branches in USA their mobile app does not work on Samsung phones and tablets! ! 1/3 of mobile device users cannot use RBC app! App keep crashing as soon as you open and try to do something. RBC customers service does not do anything. They said the apps will be fixed in 2015 - more than one year of releasing it! Do RBC realize 1 year is a lot of time in the apps space? Or perhaps they don't plan to exist after 1 year?

Worked once Every time besides the first time I tried to use this, it would just hang while trying to upload the photo (I waited several minutes). "Please wait" does not tell me if it's actually working, or stuck.
