Your update You updated the original RCU bank app and the update switched my previous functioning RCU app to the business app. And yes I am downloading the personal banking one, I just figured instead of telling people that they are wrong because of using/commenting on the business app, they might want to hear from someone who knew he was using the right app to start with before you changed it

Locked out, Blocked out Cannot log in regardless the manner in which I try to login. At times I can get past the login, however it won't allow me to add a phone number. As such, I cannot access the account. I have been able to go thru the business account on occasion, but not with any consistency. This is the worst possible change that I have ever dealt with. I only bank online, using my phone is my only option and I am now completely blocked. If this is not corrected, I may have to move my personal accounts just to have access.

New up grade It worked great before, it's impossible to use. Un installed. Re checked play store for another other than the new.business and it says NOT compatible with.my phone. Totally disappointed the old version use so easy to use. What a shame!

Thanks to the update, I can no longer access my account on my phone because the new app says it is not compatible with a Samsung Galaxy SII, and I can't log in through the mobile site (it says to update- I already did so), and the full site says my info is wrong and will not let me get a new password due to "technical difficulties." Not happy.
