Excellent App I've just got one rental property I run, but I'm looking to buy another soon. This app seems to provide everything I need to determine if it's a good buy or not. It taught a few new terms too as it has excellent help text on each of the terms. I've literally used this app to walk into a potential investment property, punch in some numbers and the app instantly showed negative cashflow in the first year, and just walked out. Huge time saver. It seems you can export to a spreadsheet too! Love it!
