A device that measures heart rate variability proves this App works! My device that can measure heart rate variability proves that this App works! I have a commercially available relaxation device called HeartMath emWave2. It has a sensor that can measure your heart rate variability. It's one of the scientific ways of measuring your state of relaxation. The great thing is that when I use this Relax app to do the breathing rythm, at the same time with the emWave2, just a few seconds later, emWave2 gives out the indication that I'm in a relaxed state, proving this app works.

Just asked for a refund It doesn't let me set the inhale time to more than 6 seconds. As I suffer from asthma it would be beneficial to fill my lungs in about 10 seconds. What a pity, I thought it would be great... :(
