This has helped a lot. I've only had this app for 4 days, but I upgraded to the full version for more advanced breathing exercises. It has really helped my anxiety become more manageable. I like the guided breathing and meditation, it's helpful without being distracting. Thank you so much for making this app.

Meditation lacking a whole side I love this app, and had it back when it was entirely free. Purchased full version for more breathing patterns. Love the added meditation, except that it only goes over the right leg, and not the left leg. This not only leaves me feeling lopsided, but completely distracts me for the rest of the meditation. I wouldn't mind it if was free, but since were paying for this I hope you'll rerecord your meditations!

New Guided Meditation is Great The new app design is beautiful. The recorded meditation guide is a pleasant surprise as well. I'm pretty sure the 12-minute recording skips the left leg, but I could be crazy. Maybe I'm too relaxed afterward to remember it happening.
