Great help I have anxiety pretty bad most nights. This has really helped to cut down the ammount of attacks in which I am sure they will eventualy go down to zero but so much more quickly with this Relax app. Thanks :)

Great Bargain & Functionality These are exactly the same techniques & sounds as the other pranayama breathing apps offered. The difference is an easier, cleaner interface & more asthetic backgrounds. While it is an excellent app for yogic breathing in general, the instructional emphasis is on general relaxation for a variety of reasons. It's also cheaper (as of June 2013). A BIG PLUS is the "Quick Start" button on the home page for instant help with anxiety or panic attacks. There is less information and fewer customization options. Still an excellent bargain for $1.
