MP3 Shoutcast not yet working.


Remote audio is to your sound card what vnc is to your video card.
It is able to listen to your /dev/dsp sound by ssh or by web server.

Now you can listen to your music collection without storing it on your sd card.

Recent changes:
Added support for sox
added support for padsp (because oss is deprecated on ubuntu 10.10)

can it transfer skype or gtalk audio? can it transfer skype or gtalk audio ? im searching for one that can transfer skype or gtalk audio & receive sound data from phone ?

Good idea Trying to run it on ICS and Fedora 17, both seem to be using alsa. Trying with ssh+padsp+cat unfortunately no sound on Android.

Couldn't get it to work This is a great concept, but there is no feedback when the connection attempt is made. I Couldn't get it to work, and without any error messages, it is impossible to faultfind.
