reYmote pro

reYmote is a universal remote application for Android devices.

reYmote is highly configurable. The configuration effort is the same as the possibilities: huge!
It may also require deep technical knowledge, depending on what you want to control and how. The "how" also depends on your equipment, how much money you want to spend and what technical skills you have (like electronics or programming).

So please keep in mind that this app may not be designed for you, before downrating the app.

If you are completely new to reYmote you should start reading the manual first (http://manual.reYmote.com).

Very versatile , Buy if you are sure of how you want to use it! Got my LIRC based simple HTTP server running on on RaspberryPi (OPENELEC- XBMC) work with reYmote in no time. controlling 5 devices. Yet to get accustomed with configuring backgrounds and buttons but does the primary job pretty well.. Look forward to better documentation on how to customize the look and feel. Prasenjit

Best remote I have used Yes, there is a learning curve. It is worth it though. The most feature rich universal remote app out there

Awesome application with flexibility... I have been using this application for a month or so now and it almost seems like the possibilities are endless for IR controlled devices, and even RF controlled devices if you check out the forums for this application. I had brought up suggestions for changes and the Developer was quick to respond and is working on fixes quite quickly. I can't wait for future changes in this application as it grows and develops. It is reasonably simple to use but requires more setup than a normal universal remote. I have paired this up with a Global Cache IP2IR module and it is a very stable setup.

Great app Does what's advertised well. I run a studio and I use reYmote for switching my kvms and HDMI switches, turn on my ups and also helps convert the control room into my home theatre. It needs different coloured buttons, latch buttons and button groups that only allow one on state. A data encoder, a fader and the ability to send midi and then it would TOTALLY rock. But its still good.
