VERSION 2.3.10 DOESN'T WORK. We have a number of Samsung tablets in school, which all lost the ability to print following the update to 2.3.10 at the end of June. A couple of tablets that had escaped the upgrade and were at version 2.3.6 and 2.3.9 respectively, were still able to print., but as soon as I upgraded one of them to 2.3.10 it stopped working. I contacted the UK help desk and they said it was nothing to do with them, it was down to the developers in Japan, and they had no means of communication with them, but if it was a common fault, they would be aware of it and fix it in the next version. I deduce from that, that either the developers are psychic or customers in other countries have more luck reporting this type of issue.
