App is great, the device itself is so so The App works fine on my LG L70; fluid and responsive, the device however has some issues. First off, Ride uses Tmobile 2G towers which are borderline obsolete, because of this, early warning is pretty much nonexistent where my bike is kept. The device works great when im riding around town though. Alarm notifications appear on my phone within 15 seconds and the gps was only 3 parking spaces off when I stopped somewhere. This system would be perfect if it was able to switch between 2G/3G/4G towers

Pretty useless. It doesn't update its position and its location is wrong. It shows it's offline anytime you try to do something. Where can you mount it but under the seat and to access it requires removing the seat and arm rests, a real pain on a Goldwing. The cellular feature is through T-Mobile, a weak network. Features that are active, like the perimeter alarm, are shown inactive. Try to change something, it says to wake up the device, but turn the ignition on off, nothing seems to "wake" it. Overall, frustrating.

Latest update to servers fixed it! The app works great since their new server side update was made. The app loads fine and runs smoothly now on my T-Mobile Galaxy S5. Only issue I have left to fuss about is that mileage isn't properly logged (or at all). This issue isn't unique to the app though, its also wrong on the website.
