The Rogers My Account app is now MyRogers! MyRogers – which is Wi-Fi access compatible – gives you secure access to your Rogers account and services and allows you to:
• Monitor your wireless and home usage
• View your account balance
• Make payments
• Review account details for everyone in your Share Everything™ or Family plan

Plus, if you’re a Rogers First Rewards™ member you can browse the rewards catalogue, view your points balance and redeem the latest points offers.

The MyRogers app is available to Rogers customers with a post-paid account. Unfortunately, Pay As You Go™ and non-consumer accounts are not compatible with this app just yet.

Introducing DeviceAid, an advanced troubleshooting tool designed to analyze and fix technical issues on your device quickly and easily. DeviceAid can help with problems related to Wi-Fi connectivity, battery life, your SIM card, Bluetooth® and more.

To help, we’ll need your permission to access some device settings. Don’t worry – DeviceAid only needs information specific to your device or Rogers account to diagnose your problem and provide you with personalized support.

It's okay until having to pay your bill I am trying to pay my bill but the option is not even showing up... It can get frustrating when you have a bill due and can't seem to pay your bill through the app..

Needs a detailed daily data usage Works for me most of the time. What this app needs is a detailed daily data usage, just like the other telecoms have. Take a look at Videotron's for example. It's ridiculous to have to wait for a bill a month later to be able to see detailed usage. So Rogers, how about it?

every time I try to check my rewards it tells me I need to update but I already have the lastest update Samsung S3
