Root # All Data2SD card.

Root # All Data2SD card.

=THIS TOOL REQUIRES A ROOTED PHONE=.

The Ultimate Root tool to move the application's private data to SD.

In addition to known Froyo 2.2 App2SD features, this tool creates an embedded EXT2 partition to your SD card (no manual formatting/partitioning required) and then it mounts it.

Then it can move any applications private data to SD card, saving even more space because usually not the entire application can be moved to the SD (there are leftover libraries etc).

Use at your own risk!
Remember to backup your storage file! (/mnt/sdcard/rallsd/storage)!

Mounting will also occur automatically when your device is restarted - no need to remount manually.

IMPORTANT: After updating, be sure to re-allow it to get root (via SuperUser app) otherwise at the next restart it won't be able to mount the storage automatically.

Oh, and yes I 'll take 1 MB from your internal memory for busybox and obviously this application cannot be moved to SD card itself ... until next update :)

Recent changes:
* Added Batch operation to move/restore all selected data files

* Fixed Applications Sizes: Now they are correct

* Added quick scroller

* Fixed "Busybox extraction failed" on some devices.

Total POS I wanted to move data from apps like Pocket and Zinio, which store their data on the internal memory, even if I move the app to my (large) SD card. This app looked like it could do this. However, all it seemed to do was take up still more data in the phone's internal memory, There is NO documentation, either to guide the user in the program itself or on their website. DEVELOPER: If you can explain how to use this program, I'll try again and revise my rating.

Source code and updated development Should release the source code so someone can update this app and bring it way up to date, fix all the bugs, and automate it so its a dummy proof process... after the massive flakiness has been fixed and the app is made to work on all devices with lots of safety checks.

For the most part unusable After creating partioning, mounting it, rebooting... there is no automated batch way to move eberything into new partition. Trying to do so manually one at a time crashed app with almost every attempt. Finally I gave up and unmounted and uninstalled, and using ES file explorer deleted /sdcard/rallsd partition file folder. Maybe this still works on ancient phones and versions of android... but not fir me on 4.2.2 on a tablet
