The app is your personal squat trainer that implements an easy-to-follow, scientific sports training plan. The progressive workout plan will help you build strength in your quads and glutes, and you’ll see continuous improvement in your overall fitness and strength training capacity as you work towards completion of the training plan.

Unique recognition of your squats: Squats are counted automatically using the accelerometer on your smartphone or tablet.

* Automatic countdown timer for your break between exercise sets
* Voice Coach
* Personal records and exercise statistics recorded and saved (i.e. monthly training statistics)

Notifications don't work with PAID version I'm giving this app 2 stars now, because I purchased the pro version of this app two months ago and I STILL don't receive push notifications after notifying this apps admin. I received a notification one time after the initial install. The main reason I purchased the app is because that's the only way to get notifications. I shouldn't have to add a separate calendar activity in order to be notified. I'll give the app 5 stars when it's fixed. Using Nexus 5, running current version of Kit Kat.

Excellent as always. Just like all the other Runtastic apps this is excellent for keeping a regime going and continually motivating you.Not a bad word to say about any of the apps and it's helped me lose 9 kilos since May! Thanks Runtastic!
