The app is your personal squat trainer that implements an easy-to-follow, scientific sports training plan. The progressive workout plan will help you build strength in your quads and glutes, and you’ll see continuous improvement in your overall fitness and strength training capacity as you work towards completion of the training plan.

Unique recognition of your squats: Squats are counted automatically using the accelerometer on your smartphone or tablet.

It counts But refuses to sync to runtastic, completely killing most of the motivation to use the application.

Why is the screen cracking? Why is the screen cracking? No notifications and even though social media settings are off it still throws the occasional error saying it's unable to connect to Facebook. Constantly asking to rate even though I've already rated it. Just updated and edited. Took it down to 1 star. This app is no longer keeping the levels. Keeps reverting back to doing 12 the beginning no matter what level I'm on.
