So far so good I'm one month in to building an active lifestyle, and I started using Runtastic a couple weeks ago. I just installed Squats today and I'm sure I'll keep it. It has a good program mapped out and I can have it remind me when I wake up. I'm hoping it will link to my Runtastic account activity log. We'll see.
