Perfect if you only need on timer. When I'm doing a bsic set, say 2 min of work followed by a 30 second rest it does exactly what it is designed to do. But if I have to different timed intervals in my workout I have to stop and switch timers. An example is a workout I'm using to help build running speed. I need to run 5 min with 3 min of walking for a few sets and then a few sets if running for 3 min followed by 2 min of walking. Is there a way to do this already and I'm just not seeing it?

Love it I've had a few H. I. I. T timers and this is probably one of the best. I Paid the .99 for ad free and unlimited timers and it's well worth it. I wish i could substitute the voice notifications for a whistle or buzzer, but other than that is great.
