Have to pay now? Press+? Was good until we have to pay now. I'd rather just use CNN or Google to check out the news for free. Terrible. Uninstalling.

Terrible Poorly designed. Push notifications are annoying. Will not recognize my print subscription. I have four news apps. This is by far the worst.

App is terrible To read the articles you need a press+ account (which I have) the app tells me you're logged in but I need a press+ account! Wtf! I'm deleting this bs

Landscape sucks This app chokes when in landscape orientation. Also, this play store interface sucks for writing reviews as the window disappears when you try to scroll.

Lousy Service As print subscriber to the SJ Mercury News, I signed up online to receive the "All Access" benefits. After creating a new account, new passwords, new security questions, etc., I tried to download the android app to my Note. Since I used my gmail account as my to register, it was at first unclear as to whether I had to log into Bay area News Group (BANG) or Google. It was Google. After going in circles on Google and BANG, I finally got a message saying that the APP was downloading. And then, after reading 2 article, I was told that I would have to register the APP, either by subscribing ($0.99) or registering to my BANG account($.0.00, seriously), but when I tried to register, It appeared that I was creating a new account, but apparently, since the secret questions the app asks and the one I answered online are different, I couldn't get past the Secret Question. To make this user friendly, I should have been able to enter my, and my wife's, smart phones online and the rest of the operation should have been automatic. A pop-up should have appeared on my phone asking me to verify installation, which I can allow or not, and then the AP should have installed with all my BANG info.
