* RBL/Rep Checker that checks 30+ RBL lists
* Ping (ICMP - if the ping utility is included on your phone, otherwise will automatically use a "basic" host check)

* Netcat/basic telnet. Use this to run customized protocol transactions! For example, test your HTTP or SMTP server rules.

User reviews of Screaming NetTools
Not too bad. However, I did find one issue with the port scanner. We have a site that purposely has only port 443 open (verified with other scanners and Shields Up), but this app reports port 80 as open and port 443 closed.

Excellent utility Pretty much everything you need, even finger, for net queries on android. As a bonus, the developer is extremely responsive.
