The app works as it should, but it could use an update to material design. Also, the number pad to log in with your PIN is very small and should be scaled to fit screen size.

Stooped working on my Note 3, still doesn't work on my S6... I had the app working just fine on my Note 3 until last summer it just stopped working after an update. We called support and they asked a few questions and pretty much told us they don't see anything wrong. I hopped after a few updates it would start working, but never did. Fastfowrard to this month when I got my new Galaxy S6 edge and I again hopped that the problem was just with the Note3... nope still doesn't work on my S6. My problem? I put in my user ID, it then texts/calls (tried both) me the PIN, it then asks me for my PW, I put in my PW and it kicks me back to the user name, where it then wants to text me another PIN, PIN accepted now time for the PW, and does the same loop. I am able to set up the desktop client, so it is not something wrong with my account or our system.

Extremely laggy As others have reported, it is EXTREMELY laggy trying to register. Took me two days to finally get it, and I actually had to register twice before it took. The PIN input is still laggy, but I can get the token code for the VPN now so I guess that's good. Maybe it's not fully Android 5+ compatible yet?
