Great idea, BUT... How long does it take to create a soft shutter button? Maybe now that a new iPhone version has come out, they'll throw some love in the Android direction?

Needs back end work Nice app, but in my area there are open requests from 4 years ago. Seems like they should expire at some point. Also who puts in downed wires and emergency requests. They should limit the requests to types like pot holes and litter.
