- View policy information
- Make payments
- Report claims and get claim tips
- Connect with your agent
- Request replacement auto ID cards
- Request basic certificates of insurance
New with this update, users can:
•Report a claim through their smartphone – no phone call is needed.
•Report and schedule a repair for an auto glass claim.
•View and track the status of an existing claim, including contacting the assigned adjuster by phone or email.
•View auto ID information and request replacement cards.
•Locate a nearby agent or search agents by ZIP code.
•Find a Selective-preferred body shop for repairs.
•Find helpful services and businesses like tow trucks,banks and more.
