With our redesigned Self serve app, it has never been easier to manage your Bell Mobility, Virgin Mobile or PC mobile service anytime, anywhere – right on your phone.

You now have a quicker access to key features:

• Check your balance and make payments
• Monitor your voice, data and text usage
• Manage your Fab /Buddies contacts
• View your rate plan information and features

You can use the app or web directly over your 3G, 4G and LTE networks free of charge without using your data plan.

Now available on Wi-Fi and the 4G Network from Bell
Note: Data charges do not apply when you use the Self Serve app on the 4G network from Bell.

Recent changes:
• Eligible Bell Mobility customers can now purchase Travel Data Passes at any time, even while travelling.
• Travel Data Passes give you an allotted amount of data usage you can use while travelling.
• Available passes and applicable pay-per-use rates depend on the international zone the destination country is in.
• Passes must be used within 30 days of purchase.
• Each pass expires exactly 30 days after its activation (i.e., once you start using it).

Laggy app that shows no stats on my Bell Sensation most of the time. Before update, app still barely worked but at least it was faster.

Bell doesn't care about you, me, or anyone else. I recommend switching to any provider.

Force closes on Vibrant right at startup. Installed twice already and no go. Edit: After update works fine.

Good idea but frustrating In principle it is a good idea in practice it is hit and miss if you try to use it on WiFi. Some times it works, sometimes not. Fiddle with it and it works again. Turn off the WiFi and it is a great App that works well, but that is a pain I the behind.

Doesn't work >:( Can't open this app, keeps telling me to come back later. Blah blah bell doesn't want us seeing our usage.
