Laggy app that shows no stats on my Bell Sensation most of the time. Before update, app still barely worked but at least it was faster.

Bell doesn't care about you, me, or anyone else. I recommend switching to any provider.

Force closes on Vibrant right at startup. Installed twice already and no go. Edit: After update works fine.

Bell sucks This app is the epitome of frustration. I hate this app...am trying to sign in and it just takes me around and around. Bell sucks big time!!!!!!!

A huge company like Bell and they cant't get their minds together?! And make an app that works?? They should be ashamed of themselves for making garbage....back to the think tanks boys...and don't come out until its 100%!!!

USED to be a very useful app What the heck happened to this app. We used to be able to access account info via Wi-Fi without the need to authorize through text. But now I need to connected to mobile network to use this. THIS IS A TERRIBLE APP NOW, BELL AND VIRGIN MOBILE CUSTOMERS SHOULD FILE COMPLAINTS! I now have the new Virgin Mobile app but can't even delete this app, since it came built-in with the device!!! I have the Samsung Galaxy SIII
