Slow sample rate Data are sampled only every 10 seconds! It's far too long for many dynamic analysis... And The txt format is poor... every sample has an entire label set, which makes files way too bigger than necessary. It's only good point is the possibility of recording every sensor data together. But you need to have a DropBox account, which is also sad...

Gets the job done Shows all the sensors that I think my phone (Galaxy S4) has. Logs to a Comma Separated .txt file that can be opened in Excel and converted to a spreadsheet. No built-in graphing feature, or really any settings other than Dropbox integration. Dropbox integration is nice, since you can place the device anywhere with data and check the values remotely. Edit: Graph can be accessed by tapping any sensor icon.
