Sensor Spy FREE

Sensor Spy FREE

FREE version limited to 3 internal sensors!

Sensor Spy for Android is an application from Intrepid Control Systems that lets you quickly interface with sensors. These sensors can be inside the mobile device or outside the device. Some sensors you can only monitor and some sensors you can control (officially called actuators but we do not want to be too technical).

Sensor Spy lets you display your sensors in custom panels and make the mobile device respond to sensor changes (called Mobile Actions). You can also record or log your sensor values to files on your SD card.

Perfect, I only have wishes. Being a civil engineer I highly appreciate this software turning my phone in a not-so-bad accelerometer - for us in most cases 10bit resolution is just enough for a rough estimate. I'd definitely buy the paid version (and paid probably more than $10) if DFT of a channel was calculated, let's say from a signal with user-defined length and point number; the time series could be approximated with a fitted curve to overcome the jitter.
