Instantly access PTC’s Servigistics Field Service directly from your mobile device. Regardless of whether you’re at a customer or traveling the world, Field Service Mobile gives you up-to-date visibility to your itinerary, jobs, products and parts - anytime, anywhere.

Key capabilities
– Securely connect to Servigistics via mobile broadband or Wi-Fi
– Service Request updates and changes are communicated in real-time
– View job requirements, location and directions
– Search for and add products, parts, and other related information
– Capture customer signatures
– View and complete jobs
– Run in disconnected mode; data cached and synced with the server when connectivity is re-established.

Servigistics Field Service Mobile is compatible with Servigistics 10.3 and later versions. Contact your Servigistics administrator to find out if your server is configured with the optional module to enable it to work with Servigistics Field Service Mobile.

Recent changes:
Release 10.7.6 includes fixes for reported issues and the following improvements:

- During the Defer Visit action - Notify user that mobile part order (or Notes) will not be sent to FSM
- Add badge to spinner to indicate message queue count
- Add ability to set quantity when adding part via search
- Field on dropdown lists should allow manual editing of text
- Add a badge to the More button to indicate sum of badges of hidden items

Since im in a good mood abysmal! Have to constantly reenter the URL... Bad bad bad bad !!!

Not very good Keep having issues. Have to reinstall it several times a week.

Issues Issues with logging in and losing data/tasks constantly. Always Re installing, makes my job harder instead of easier, and adds at least 1 extra hour of work per day. I have requested going back to the blackberry multiple times, and that's saying something.

Loses my data Keeps losing my tasks and have to reinstall to get them back. The new version is losing data as well. The latest bad feature is to log out at random times and lose the task being worked. Very poor programming done on this app!
