Instantly access PTC’s Servigistics Field Service directly from your mobile device. Regardless of whether you’re at a customer or traveling the world, Field Service Mobile gives you up-to-date visibility to your itinerary, jobs, products and parts - anytime, anywhere.

Key capabilities
– Securely connect to Servigistics via mobile broadband or Wi-Fi
– Service Request updates and changes are communicated in real-time
– View job requirements, location and directions
– Search for and add products, parts, and other related information
– Capture customer signatures
– View and complete jobs
– Run in disconnected mode; data cached and synced with the server when connectivity is re-established.

Servigistics Field Service Mobile is compatible with Servigistics 10.3 and later versions. Contact your Servigistics administrator to find out if your server is configured with the optional module to enable it to work with Servigistics Field Service Mobile.

Recent changes:
Release 10.7.2 represents a major rewrite of the communications code. The result is that messages are sent much more reliably even in low signal areas or an intermittent connection to the MIS. We also indicate when the MIS is unreachable by turning the spinner red; the app will retry periodically to resume when the MIS is available again.
You can view the log on the device if you want to understand what's happening under the covers - just tap 'View log' on the Settings page.

Horrific app This is a failure of an app. As a resource who actually USES this app on a daily basis, I have had to reinstall it every day when my tasks vanish.. the latest November update didn't fix anything. If I leave a task open for more than a few hours, the entire route vanishes and creates an administrative nightmare. This happens EVERY DAY. The ONLY way to bring back my route is to reinstall. It is nothing but a headache.

Have had to reinstall multiple times. Very unstable and very inconsistent performance
