Doesn't work, keeps loading only, can't login

Doesn't work Whenever I try to log on, the spinner loads up with a "Loading..." message, but it never gets any further. I used to be able to log on about half the time, but I don't seem to be able to at all any more.

It seems to work I don't need to domuch with it besides check my account. It does that just fine.

Doesn't work most of the time. Latest update again completely breaks the application. Unsure if they even QA their releases. OK when it does work, but that sends to be very infrequent. Previously I was unable to even register for mobile banking because it fails to verify my information regardless of putting in the correct info.

Disappointing again There wasn't any time where I can just open the app and deposit my check. If I'm lucky I might be able to deposit after trying 4-5 times, wasting 30-40 min. I'm a mac user so I thought maybe it doesn't work well using E-deposit on their website but it is even worth on mobile app. I have Galaxy Note 4. Today, after pushing "CONFIRM" button, which is the last step. I got these messages and logged me out automatically. "Confirmation Error" -- ok, did it deposit or not? I tried to deposit again and it won't take it but it won't show up on my account either. oh yes, this is another thing with SFCU. When you deposit a check it does not show up right away) "Check Deposit Evaluation Error, Could not verify check. Please try again" "Payee is not correct" -- what? (I logged in to my account and depositing check that was written to me. huh?) so again, I was not able to deposit my check. so I deposited it to a different bank and their mobile app took less than 1 min to finish the job. I had SFCU over 20 years and so far I'm not impressed and maybe it's time to move on.
