Recent changes:
A lot of different sheiko spreadsheets are out on the internet and not all of them are in accordance with each other. I have decided to use the spreadsheet from elitefts for all programs.

This means that the numbers of the programs have changed. What used to be 29 is now 37. 29v2 is now 29.

Decent app It took a while to figure out what the set/rep scheme was doing. But can someone explain the difference between the programs and at what point does one test a new 1RM again? Is after the last day of the last week of the last program?

Great tool! Note: Go to the options from the main page and check all the boxes for main lifts and you won't get "nothing to do today." This is a great app. Would like it to save my progress after each session is completed.

dont work I enter my maxes and all it says its Nothing to do.
