Completely black screen. The screen is black on this app on my phone.

Since last update absolutely terrible. Will not load anything at all. Once I log in all I get is a black screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled without any change. Wish it would work again....

Black screen Samsung Galaxy S4 The app was working and now I have a black screen. Called and reported the issue. They said someone would contact me but no one has called back. The app did work at one time and I don't know what changed. Would be nice to have it back. It doesn't work on my husbands phone now either.

Black screen. After logging in and trying to view policies all I get is a black screen. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling.
