If you are looking for a fast, efficient workout tracker designed to work great for both weight lifting and cardio exercises, this is it! Simple Workout Log automatically logs the current date and time each time you start an exercise so you can compare your current exercise to the last time you completed it at just a glance so you can push to improve your results each workout.

Past exercises may be searched for, viewed, edited, and deleted using the History function.

Simple Workout Log was designed for the sole purpose of eliminating the need for paper workout journals in hopes of making life easier while at the gym.

- Fix bug where rename is not saved if only adding characters to the beginning

Good concepts but needs improvement It's a bit too basic in some areas, yet advanced in others. In my opinion, here is what the developer needs to fix. 1. The timer should have an option to automatically start after I complete a set, and the time should be customizable by the user. Half the time I forget to hit the play button on the timer so it's useful only half the time. When setting the timer, the time should jump up by 15 or 30 second intervals instead of seconds to save time. Who really needs to set a timer between reps to 27 seconds? 2. There should be extra large PLUS and MINUS buttons for increasing/decreasing weight amount and reps. Does the developer know how difficult it is to enter a number on a keyboard after curling 50lb dumbells? 3 Jumping from exercise to exercise is confusing.. Many times at the gym certain equipment is in use by someone else, and because most of have limited time, we just jump to the next piece of equipment. In this app, it's not clear how to skip an exercise, and then come back to it without losing your saved progress in the exercise you just did. These issues need fixing before I upgrade to Pro.
