If you are looking for a fast, efficient workout tracker designed to work great for both weight lifting and cardio exercises, this is it! Simple Workout Log automatically logs the current date and time each time you start an exercise so you can compare your current exercise to the last time you completed it at just a glance so you can push to improve your results each workout.

Past exercises may be searched for, viewed, edited, and deleted using the History function.

Simple Workout Log was designed for the sole purpose of eliminating the need for paper workout journals in hopes of making life easier while at the gym.

- Added history tool under 'tools' tab (currently provides detailed history view based on a date range)
- Added 'keep screen on' feature to keep screen from turning off when on exercise pages
- Added 'duration' and 'speed' graphs back to cardio exercises (more graphs to come!)
- Additional small improvements and bug fixes

Awesome app! I have over a dozen routines stored, and navigating through them all takes no time! Just so easy to use, I can log my weight and reps and be on to the next set in seconds, and includes a timer to keep that rest time dialed in. It also keeps track of your weight, and all your prior workouts.Cant say one bad thing about it!

Types & Categories need tweaking I like this app a lot, but I do have a couple requests: Firstly, you can edit the name of an exercise, but not its type or category. E.g. If I had walking categorized as "legs" and I decide it would fit better under "whole body", there's no way to do that without deleting it and re-creating it under the new category. Secondly, I think that under "Type", in addition to Strength and Cardio, there ought to be Flexibility. I've had to mark all my stretches as "strength" for lack of a better description.

Just what I need The primary function of this app is the maintainance of records. It works by making the user enter everything. It's exactly what one needs to keep track of his workouts.

2 years I have been using this app for 2 years. So simple and effective. I continue to record and add weight to my lifts when overloading. Highly recommended and worth the small price when using several times a week. Thanks. Download simple log pro key.

Could be better Unnecessary multiple steps or clicks to create and track a workout annoy me. Simple Workout is a step in the right direction but could be better. Annoyances such as having to hit a play button to start a workout, hitting play again to finish and log a set, and having to click finished are stupid. Notepad is awesome because it records as you type, no save or enter buttons required. Simple WO should do the same as sets are added. Log and reset the day at midnight. Cut clicks in half
