Sit-up is program designed to help you improve your abdominal strenght and the amount of sit-ups you can do.
Sit up is like a free personal trainer that helps you to get into a better shape.

Sit up has 6 different difficulty levels from beginner to more advanced trainer. After you have completed one difficulty you should be strong enough to move to the next one. After completing the hardest difficulty you should be able to do over 120 situps .

Sit-up is a great exercise to streghten your core and get that sixpack you have always dreamed of.
Sit-up is commonly used in many fitness tests.

Great app The description says you can make it upto 120 after doing this course.. could you just make it 250 or something....ut will really helpful

Great Its a great app I love it but one thing is I've worked out all my life and setups are a major part of a fit body all though crunches have always worked better for me there better for the body so just a suggestion make it where after people finish all the levels of situps why not have a new area of crunches along after it starting at 1 and going up to 12??
