The logs will allow you to not only track your improvements in how long you can hold a specific plank position, but also track the improvements in how much time per day you spend doing planks.

Note: there is deliberately no way to reset the timer. The timer will automatically be reset to zero at midnight every night. You can, however, delete specific exercise times from a session.
