Sleep Watcher helps you manage your fatigue and alertness by using the most recent sleep mathematical modeling. Whether you have irregular schedule or you just want to quantify yourself, Sleep Watcher will report and forecast your alertness level.

This app is based on fatigue/sleeps models already used is army and flight industry. The basic idea is that your alertness depends on:
- the hour of the day. The 24h biological clock is what scientists call circadian cycle. You will be more alert during the daytime than during the night. You also may be slightly less alert at nap time, around 1PM.
- your last sleeps. How many hours did you sleep last nights? At what hour did you go to bed? Obviously this matters. Sleep Watcher will compute your sleep reservoir or sleep debt.

Algorythm is good but import fr Sleepbot doesn't work comunityI recommend everyone just manually enter times because it does not import accurate dates. Would like to see a comunity discussion so that maybe we can figure out how to use the what ifs. i.e. when to nap. otherwise it makes no sense.

Better than nothing -- and free I tried importing sleep data from Sleepbot and Sleep As Android, and neither worked. Using this app alone provided decent guidance on how long to sleep, but it was inadequate because it doesn't take a baseline. I want to shift my sleep cycle, and this app does not help. It's also impossible to read the x-axis of the graph because it's too low on the page.

Needs improvement I'd like to be able to scroll and zoom in the predictions graph. There needs to be a simpler input method for adding the sleep times. Love the precision of the to-the-minute input. Works well overall, good app. Just needs more aesthetically.
