Customers can view their usage and billing, manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues and receive special messaging from their local utility or telecommunications company.

Additional Features:

Bill & Pay -
Quickly view your current account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. You can also view bill history including PDF versions of paper bills directly on your mobile device.

My Usage -
View energy usage graphs to identify high usage trends. Navigate graphs quickly using an intuitive gesture based interface.

Contact Us -
Easily contact your service provider by email or phone. You can also submit one of the many predefined messages, with the ability to include pictures and GPS coordinates.

News -
Provides a convenient way to monitor news that may affect your service such as rate changes, outage information and upcoming events.

Service Status -
Displays service interruption and outage information. You can also report an outage directly to your service provider.

Maps -
Displays facility and payment dropbox locations on a map interface.

Great for managing usage, paying and viewing bills! I love being able to look at my energy use, overlaid with local temperature. It helps me to manage my AC use in hot weather by making me aware of when I am using energy and exactly how much. Viewing/paying bill is very easy. I also like that is has a notification if the power is out at home. I think a lot of people who complain about the app are actually annoyed with their own energy provider - not every company offers all the things the app can do.

Smarthub I'm glad that WREC has this app now I'm able to look at the bill before it hits my e-mail box and my post office box thank you WREC keep up the good work

Error Invaild Used to work great but now all it says is Error Invaild and locks my password so I can't even sign in on the website. I have to call customer service to unlock my account.

Wont even download-doesn't work This is ridiculous. Been trying to download for 2 days and the Web version freezes up and doesn't work at all. Clearly the "good" reviews here are fake because the bad ones all seem to be pretty much the same. DOESN'T WORK. So stop having your employees post cheesy fake reviews about how great this piece of crap is. It's offensive.

Keeps getting worse With every update the app circles the toilet closer to the hole. It no longer loads up the bill and pay information anymore, just sits there. Was able to use it last month at this time, but not this month (and yes there was an update to this app between June 24). Next update may not even load up the app anymore with the luck they are having 1 star on something that is a zero star.
