Missing some promised features but could be good I'm looking for a robust CRM for SMS that works with an existing cell phone--most seem designed to sell access to shortcodes and SMS bulk packages. This app almost does everything I want, but beware... The actual website does not have the Auto-responder or Reply Tracking features that the screen shots show. I guess that makes this "Beta". It seems to lack "personal" reminders in that it does not allow messages with variables like <First Name> or the like. Certainly the minimal help files do not describe that feature. That could be helpful. Adding a jquery sorter to the message tables would allow sorting by name, time, or tag. As it is, you have to download a CSV file and upload to a spreadsheet for sorting. The web interface drops some SMS.In my first test I sent out 8 messages to 4 people. One reply did not appear in the list of received messages. One sent message did not appear in the sent messages list. However, in the contact pages, both SMS messages are there. That's bordering on a 10% WTF failure rate.
