Clicking on a "softlayer://" URL, in a ticket notification email, will open the ticket in the SoftLayer Mobile application.
Fixed crashes in the Tickets module including:
crash during ticket update,
crash when switching to and from SoftLayer Mobile using task manager.
Fixed application not launching after quitting the app due to user inactivity.
