I like the ability to access the management portal, and the quick dial options for calling support. I wish the app would save my password through.

Fantastic app but... This app keeps getting better and better. I however particularly dislike the fact that links are not hyperlinked, content cannot be copied from the app and instead of the app logging you out when your session has expired, it would prevent you from taking certain actions, such as submitting a ticket that you must have taken time to type, which could be quite annoying.

Is it possible to respond to tickets? I got this because I'm stuck in a place where I don't have internet this weekend and we've had a crisis. I wanted to be able to deal with ticket conversation back and forth without heading to a cafe each time, or sitting outside of one in the cold at 11 at night! Tried to press the red envelop in the tickets interface to respond, that does nothing. (That said, the support team had been awesome on the server side of things! )

Not working The tickets module, my reason for installing, is not working. I always receive an error. "Server error: Internal error"
