Management functions include:

•Tickets – Need help but not in the office? Quickly create a new ticket for a support request or examine existing support tickets and check their status.

•Servers – View performance details and control basic functions your SoftLayer Dedicated Servers and CloudLayer Computing Instances. Easily turn a server off or on, ping the server to test its network availability, or reboot.

•Bandwidth – Monitor the bandwidth usage of your SoftLayer Dedicated Servers, CloudLayer Computing Instance, and Virtual Dedicated Racks.

Clicking on a "softlayer://" URL, in a ticket notification email, will open the ticket in the SoftLayer Mobile application.

Fixed crashes in the Tickets module including:
crash during ticket update,
crash when switching to and from SoftLayer Mobile using task manager.

Fixed application not launching after quitting the app due to user inactivity.

I like the ability to access the management portal, and the quick dial options for calling support. I wish the app would save my password through.

The recent update is so unstable The recent update does not save passwords even though I check the option to do that. The app also crashed anytime I update a ticket.

Fantastic app but... This app keeps getting better and better. I however particularly dislike the fact that links are not hyperlinked, content cannot be copied from the app and instead of the app logging you out when your session has expired, it would prevent you from taking certain actions, such as submitting a ticket that you must have taken time to type, which could be quite annoying.
