What is the Circadian Rhythm?
All species have a timing mechanism, or 'clock,' that controls periods of activity and inactivity. These clocks are known as circadian rhythms and refer the cycle of physiological and biological processes that fluctuate on a roughly 24-hour timetable. You have probably noticed these tendencies yourself, feeling more energetic and alert during peak periods of the day and more lethargic and run-down at other times of the day. If ANYONE needs this.. It's me. I'm awake all day. I'm awake all night. All day. All night. Eventually I fall over for a couple of hours and on it goes. The dog used to give me these baleful stares. Well, she's ten now and she gave up. Poor soul! Wish me -- and Precious luck! I would dearly love to be able to sleep like a human again. Been a very long time.

I don't understand I have no idea how to use this app and how it works...what do I need to do??
