Songo Chord Finder

Not your average chord finder, Songo is a songwriting and music education tool that will help you discover chord progressions by grouping chords of the same key together. Songo is an audible reference tool for all 12 musical keys, including chords and scales. Transpose music or just play around. No music theory knowledge required. You can also explore modal scales within keys (new in version 2.0!).

You will also discover chord progressions to many famous hit songs just by tapping about in Songo... who would have thought it could be this easy!

Songo can be a source of inspiration. Find musical passages using the unique Auto mode for chords and note progressions generatively performed by the Songo algorithm. It's a hands-free auto-play mode, handy for practise.

Pro is slower I enjoyed using the free version of this app and decided to buy the pro version but I found that it was slower to start up than the free version.

I admit it. I can't read music. I can't play keys. I need to learn how to play and learn the theory behind how to play well. BUT this app gives me enough to hear chords out loud so I can sequence what I need in Ableton Live to make great music. NOTE TO DEVELOPERS: Please add a recording device for the pro version. If I have a song writing "happy accident" where I liked the last sequence I heard through the app, I want to be able to recall the last few chords. Without it, I'm left to trial and error to figure out what I did.

Really a great app but... An option to display a "C#" instead of "Db" could help me a lot. Not so used to flat, some times I mistake Db to D# lol Could that option be done?
