I'm not sure Well.. I lost 16 pounds but the second I got off the diet i gained soo much weight!

Good Ok to tell you food choices and phasea but wish you had an option to split the phases to your preference and actual food groups rather than short aticlea that do not really help you.

Where is the food journal?! The old version of the app allowed you to log foods.
