App crashes Everytime I take a picture of a check for mobile deposit the app crashes. it used to work fine but now it doesn't. Other than that everything else is OK.

Mobile banking I have been having the most difficult time depositing a check via the application. I've never had such a hard before and now all of a sudden my uploads are not good I take very clear pictures and yet the application doesn't accept the deposit. Now I have to drive all the way on the opposite side of town to make a deposit!!!

SCCU discriminates against women 2/17 UPDATE: I got a response that they value all customers and will be allowing additional logins "later this year". Too little too late. Discrimination policy is company wide -- mobile app was just the last straw. I am tired, after many many years at SCCU, of having to have my husband give "permission" to do anything...all because we put his name down first on the paperwork, like most couples probably do. I have to get his "permission" to do just about everything that the banks we use allow us to do. I'm therefore in the process of opening an account with another credit union, where they give ALL account holders equal rights, and do not discriminate. ORIGINAL: Since my husband's name is listed on the paperwork for our account first, SCCU will not allow me to do mobile banking, even though I am on the account too, and handle all the finances/bill paying for the household. Only the "primary account holder" (ie, whoever wrote their name down on the paper first when the account was opened) is allowed to use mobile banking. Funny, PNC and Seacoast have no problem with me doing mobile banking for our joint accouts there...i guess they value their female clients more.

Add external transfers. I don't know why you make doing external transfers on a mobile device so difficult. Since that's basically all I ever do in order to pay my loan this is a huge hassle. The browser version of your site makes it nearly impossible to find, and now the app apparently doesn't have it at all. Add the functionality to the app and I'll update my rating accordingly.
