Excellent Really good workout. Really noticed a change in body shape after a few weeks. Would be nice to not have to hit begin at the start of the exercises. An image in the back ground rather than a white screen may help improve it.

Very good app. Will be great with some improvements This is a very good training tool. The voice count down is a nice touch. It being free makes it much better. There are some improvements that I would recommend. I would add a note button to each exercise so I can record my progress. I would like to see a pause button and to be able to see the next exercise during the "rest" session.

Nice app I'd just add a beginner and moderate setting. Trying this the full 60 seconds is going to be challenging at first.

App Review & Recommendations Overall good app. Developer is diligent in improving the quality. That being said, I have a few recommendations. Female voice speaks too quickly, especially when counting down "3,2,1" Also, 45 sec. and 15 sec. points should be noted during countdown. Beginner and intermediate levels should be offered (Longer Rest Periods, or Shorter Exercise Periods). Lastly, T Pushups should be renamed "Crucifixion Push-ups."
