★★★★★
Excellent speed test in built rather than ad ridden alternatives. very good signal strength coverage.

Needs integrated 2g/3g/LTE maps. You know people can still access 2g/3g on LTE phones and LTE isn't everywhere right? We shouldn't be required to change maps to view 2g/3g data in areas with no LTE coverage or where there's no data collected on 4g coverage. Map Trip shows everything, it makes no sense that the maps don't.

[ SUPPORT IS ENDING: AW , thank U & BEST OF LUCK with whatever comes next for U all.] Does a wonderful job of mapping networks, BUT U have to have GPS enabled to get the results posted (which makes sense). Representative accuracy of coverage is questionable in rural areas (rather areas where few users). Wish we could map other carriers coverage, but understand why we can't. Also wish I-phone, permitted background operation, so that iPhone users could passively contribute rather than just take.
★★☆☆☆
Has a nice feature of logging your trip, when that doesn't crash. But the main thing of showing where there is coverage, from user collected data, is grossly underpopulated and therefore useless. I have tracked and uploaded 1000's of miles, but years later most never shows up on the map. (Yes I had the active network collection box checked) The cellmapper app actually updates their map with user data, and has a well populated map.
★★☆☆☆
had this app now for the last few days on my new phone dont think its working as nothing is being uploaded to the map, when uploading Trips and Speed Tests,

This has totally gone downhill. 1. They used to be decent about updating the map with new areas. There are numerous areas I have mapped for two carriers, that haven't shown up for months. 2. This app does not consider band, which means that a high band signal that is prioritized by the device will artificially depress the signal strength on the map for that area. for example, if you have concurrent band 4 and 13 signals, the phone will use band until it becomes weak, then change to band 13.
★★☆☆☆
Editing my review to 1. appears trip signal recordings I make are no longer being updated by Sensorly too bad as it was once a great app.
