Make Every Mile Count
To show just how much you, together with the rest of the UK, are achieving for Sport Relief, we’re asking you to use Make Every Mile Count to add all those miles you're covering in the lead up to, and on the Sport Relief weekend, to the national total. Whether it's by running, swimming, cycling or even walking, you can be a part of something really huge. You can also tell all your online pals what you’re up to and encourage them to get involved with you by sharing your activity on your social networks.
Clock up miles and unlock medals
Clocking up your miles couldn’t be easier. Whether you run, swim, cycle or walk, simply choose your activity from the bottom of the dashboard and get going!
Remember to save and share your logged miles so everyone can see how brilliantly you’re doing.
As you clock up more miles, you will unlock some pretty special stuff as you reach certain milestones - but you’ll never know what’s coming up next.
If you’re doing a Make Every Mile Count challenge at your school, you can search for your school’s group and join it to add your own miles to your school’s total.
