StandApp promotes healthy living by providing an alarm reminder to stand up and take a break from your desk.
StandApp includes 15 easy exercises anyone can perform at their desk during their standing breaks.
You can set the reminder interval to a custom time, we recommend a break at least every hour.

Experts say avoiding the sedentary life is mostly about remembering to be active. Even people who work a desk job for 60 hours each week can still work movement into their days — getting up for a cup of water instead of keeping one at your desk, walking down the hall to talk to a colleague rather than sending an email. Great idea... badly executed... uninstall This would be a great app, if it didn't spontaneously pop up every 5 seconds. Super annoying. Had to uninstall.

Pops up without opening it. Kinda frustrating to have this app pop up without setting any alarm at all. I liked it at first but if I can't find a way to stop it from opening on its own and interrupting my phone use I'll have to uninstall.

Good idea, bad execution Refuses to stay down. I keep quitting it but out won't stop coming to the foreground whenever I unlock my phone. Really really annoying!

Good idea ...but it needs a few tweaks...including type-os fixed. I agree with others....it doesn't always shut off when I tell it to and then tried to butt its way in when I'm using other apps.

Never shuts down I couldn't use other apps as it would pop up over the top of them. Try entering a password in a bank app when this one wants you to turn it on. You can't turn it off even to sleep at night. Great app otherwise.
