A complete non sense app... After changing my phone from note 3 to note 4 the application states that the handset is not supported and asks me to call the starhub helpline 1633...firstly to talk to any customer care I got to try 3 times n have to wait for 20 odd mins (ok this is still fine as I can understand dat there people calling in for help most of d time) after reaching the customer service agent n explaining him about the situation, he happily tells me that this is a paid application n need to pay $10.00!!! Seriously?

Good app but badly needs an update. Needs an update to support other local credit cards that has a tap to pay feature. Please.. please.. pretty please Starhub... i've been waiting for that option since day 1. Also please add support for Galaxy Note 4.

HTC(M7) Changed to NFC SIM card and added the smartwallet service. That itself took me 3 long hours of wait after multiple failure of cards. Note to all subscribers who either do not have an account with posb/dbs or do not have a credit card with posh/dbs. In short, this app is not for everyone even if you have a contactless credit/debit card with another local bank. Very disappointed. 40million investment by Singapore yet it's not a app to include all user. No wonder Singapore have yet become a "cashless" country.
