StarTran Bus Tracker

StarTran Bus Tracker

The StarTran Bus Tracker app allows residents and visitors of Lincoln Nebraska to view real-time GPS data of the city bus system on Android devices. No more wondering whether you have just missed your bus or whether it is simply delayed while you’re standing out in a cold Nebraska winter day. Find out in real time where your next bus is and a prediction of when it will arrive at your stop.

StarTran bus routes cover most of the city, downtown, the University of Nebraska Lincoln (UNL), and Southeast Community College (SCC).

Features:
- Live view of StarTran Bus GPS locations and direction of travel
- Bus stop locations
- Route listing with map overlays
- Arrival time predictions
- GPS based user location

While this app is fairly basic right now, we have lots of additional features in the works and look forward to sharing them with you soon.

This release is primarily an update to the newest Google libraries and to work around issues with several new phones. I are still working on providing the static bus schedules, but it is taking longer than originally expected and I apologize for the delay.

- Updated to newest release of Google Maps API

Loved it but it stopped working! I used it a couple of times and loved it but it just stopped showing me the busses. Now it always says that there are 0 vehicles out for every route! Please fix this app would be awesome if it worked!
