Very effective, well conceived hypnotherapy session It took me months to *properly* adjust to this app, because Mr J is a really good hypnotherapist and I simply fell asleep - deeply most of the time, then (because my nature is 'to be disorganised') I forgot to listen again. My J recommends using the app for 20 days in a row - and he isn't wrong. Once I hit 'quota' I literally began leaping out of bed with a war-cry and launching myself into my tasks. The decks are not yet cleared (will they ever be?) but the progress has been outstanding. TLDR? Helps you sleep but used regularly is an awesome motivational tool. For all those whiners out there who could not get the app to work etc - you need a simpler phone and an app which hypnotises you into being able to use it. Fantastic app!

Horrible & terrifying experience. A horrible thing happened to me while I was listening to this. Suddenly I felt as though I was having a fit. I started to shake and I had to rip the earphones out I just couldn't listen to it anymore. Shortly after when I fell asleep I had the worst night terror ever of demonic forces holding me down. I won't listen to it again, I'm too scared. Back to Paul McKenna
