This software sucks literally It crashes constantly. When will we see an update to this app? If we bought your product its only fair that everything works fine and this includes the app as well. Fix it please.

Very unreliable Stopped working completely after NP30 updated it's firmware 21st March..... Great when it works, but it hardly ever works. Have to reboot phone and/or NP30 to get connection. Fix it guys as it's embarassingly poor for such a simple app. They promised an update to this app June 2014 from a support request.....still waiting. A truly sh*t app that spoils and otherwise good product.

Great piece of kit Not given 5 stars as not got a NAS yet, so not tested that functionality. Works well with Google Nexus phone and tablet. Brilliant!

Very weak Poor programing on the app and my NP30 make this a disaster. I'm taking it back as it was bought on the basis that there was a control app that worked!
