Strength is an Android app I designed to make it simple and easy for someone who's never lifted weights or done a squat before to get stronger. When I started lifting weights a few years ago, I had a hard time figuring out what I was supposed to do. What equipment should I use? Am I using the right form? How do I keep from hurting myself?

With Strength, I hope I can answer those questions for you. If you know what you're doing, you can set up your own custom program. But if you need assistance, I'll help you set up a program. Then you'll automatically be reminded when it's time for a workout. You'll be shown which lifts to do, and at what weight. If you don't know how to do a lift, there's a whole section with articles and videos describing the proper form. If you're having trouble with a lift, the weight will automatically be reduced until you can work back up. Finally there are interactive graphs showing how your lifts are progressing.

Good Basic starting strength / stronglifts tracking Pros: tracking is good, I really like that it figures out your warmup sets for you. Cons: warmup sets aren't visible in logs, can't figure out how to delete an erroneous workout. Enhancement opportunity: calculate / track weight, BMI, Body fat %age. Crashed a few times moto droid RAZR Max hd

app works great! great alternative strong lifts 5x5 there is the problem with editing things, where you can't click on date on the calendar and edit. but there is a workout around I found. Just change the phones date on the settings to the day you want to edit, and you should give you access to it it. ignore what the calendar says just click on the workout you did on that day and complete it. and resend the date it should record the day you selected.

Lacks something Need RPT training, should be able to modify weight per set. But overall great for free weight logging.nice interface

Not bad Good app but full of bugs so far. Not increasing weights for next session. Crashing when countdown timer reaches 00:00. edits made in options not changing in workouts
