Not complete It is missing several templates to the workouts it had listed. Also the diet section is wayyyyyy off. I'm supposed to bulk with 1240 calories? Haha uninstalled

Not good for all programs I've found this useful for Texas method. Madcow, has the press numbers wrong. Its giving me numbers that are too light for the program.

Decent app Has a large variety of workouts. Workout log and tracking didn't work to well on my phone. Used it for a while but switched to an app that was more specific to the workout I'm using.
