Perfect for Starting Strength After trying out a few feature rich apps that just didn't suit my needs, was delighted to find Strong Log. I have started the Starting Strength program and this is great for tracking progress without being too complicated. Calendar view to see how regular I'm going. Chart to see my lifting gains. No need to enter number of sets, reps, weight for each set, create workout plan etc like other apps. Just the weight you lifted on a particular day for each exercise that you did. Perfect!

Basic, but does the job It has all the basics of journaling your 5x5 strength workout. However, the interface is a bit outdated and needs better work. It also doesn't have advanced features or assistance such as in other apps.

Just one thing If you could make sub headings to add different exercises. Over all I think the app is simple and effective.
