The «My account app» allows you to receive an overview of your invoices and costs while also being able to directly manage your products. Stay informed even when you are on the go!
Note: The app is available to Sunrise private customers and small companies from Business Sunrise.

- Links (e.g. on Sunrise Roaming Cockpit)
In order to access your personal data, log in using the following information:
- Sunrise mobile, landline, or customer number
If you do not know the password, request it at sunrise.ch/myaccount or directly through the app.
- Using Sunrise My account is free of charge.
- The app's data traffic, over the mobile network in particular, is billed in accordance with the applicable connection rates of your mobile service provider or your Wi-Fi network.
- Using the application abroad will result in additional costs due to roaming.
