The SunSmart app lets you know when you need sun protection across Australia and when its safe
to get some sun for vitamin D, making it easier than ever to be smart about your sun exposure all
year.

With a few clicks, you can find a 7 day weather forecast, the UV level and sun protection
times for your local area in Australia so you will always be prepared for the day ahead.

Personalise the sun protection alert to remind you of the daily sun protection times, either at a
time of your choice or when the UV reaches a level where sun protection is required.

Use the vitamin D Tracker to find out if you are getting enough UV exposure to help with your
vitamin D levels

Sun protection times are issued daily by the Bureau of Meteorology.

Good to check sun danger times A good quick way to check when the sun danger times are during the day. It would be good to also have quick direct accees to the ARPANSA graph for actual measured UV levels earlier in the day for your closest city where this is available.

Excellent to keep safe from the sun only when you need to The main benefits for me are to know when I am safe without sunblock. I used to use it from crack of dawn until night. Now I know when sun is low so I am okay without. Thanks cancer council.

Yeah it's ok......but It continuously keeps trying to load UV information and covers over the main part of the screen. Needs to be fixed. I'll go back to using ARPANSA for now

A bit late! Updated for summer! Ha! A bit late for summer! In Sydney we've hit winter in summer! 1st February 2015 is not the start of summer!

Useful but erratic Doesn't always do the reminder, and gets stuck saying it's loading UV even though behind the message you can see it's updated the UV rating
