You can make payments, transfers, and mobile deposits, view account balances and account activity, as well as search for ATM / branch locations. To get started, download and launch the app. Then sign on with your SunTrust Online Banking User ID and Password. It’s that simple.

ACCOUNT ACCESS
oView your personal account balances for Checking, Savings, Credit Cards, Lines of Credit, Access 3 & Installment Loans.
oView summary information for Mortgages, CDs, and IRAs.
oSearch up to 180 days of your personal account transaction history.

TRANSACTIONS
oMake mobile deposits (if eligible, limits apply).
oMake bill payments.
oView bill payment history.
oMake one time personal transfers.
oMake one time immediate payments to Installment Loans, Lines of Credit & Access 3.
oMake one time immediate advances from Lines of Credit & Access 3 including 3 advance options.

Give us back the old version! This new version will not even run on my LG Ally phone, despite having the required Android OS version of 2.2 or greater. As soon as the app loads, I only get a message saying, "The SunTrust Mobile Banking service is currently unavailable. Please try again." I've uninstalled, cleared browser cookies and cache, rebooted phone, and reinstalled more than a dozen times. If I clear the message and try to log in, or use the Help or Location buttons, I get the same message. It still doesn't work, and still no word from SunTrust. They really dropped the ball on this major update! UPDATE: Since the 3.0.1 update was released, I've again called mobile banking support to discuss my open trouble ticket. But the woman I spoke with put me on hold to talk to her supervisor, and after being previously told that they were aware of problems and were working on them, then being told they don't know what the problems are (apparently they changed app vendors and this is when all the recent problems began), now they tell me there must be something wrong with MY phone, even though my other apps work. Even the old Sun (note, you've lost all Trust) app worked. 3.0.2 still won't work, either.

Can never get past the login screen... says app not available at this time and that's it. Please fix.
